Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, work email, company, role, inquiry category and message you provide. We also retain a bounded, server-allowlisted attribution token supplied by the form and one-way hashes used for abuse limiting and duplicate protection; raw network addresses are not stored with the inquiry.
For conversion review, MST derives one non-identifying audit projection per inquiry containing only the inquiry channel, validated intent, allowlisted source token, review bucket and notification disposition. Reporting groups these projections by UTC hour. The projection and aggregate report exclude identity, company, message, raw URL, referrer, UTM, network and browser fields, and they do not depend on optional analytics consent.
Purpose and retention
We use inquiry data to evaluate and respond to customer, partner and investor requests, notify the responsible MST team, protect the service from abuse and maintain a review record. We do not sell inquiry data. Ask MST records are reviewed for deletion after 12 months, subject to legitimate business and legal retention needs.
Ask MST
When you use Ask MST, we collect the question text and company/work email you select for human follow-up. The form does not generate an automated answer, call an external language model or provide a file-upload control. Question text is not classified, changed or withheld based on its subject. Optional analytics records only operational event names such as opening or completing the form; it does not receive the question or email.
Engineering data
Ask MST accepts text but does not accept file uploads. Do not submit CAD, P&ID, BOM, PDM credentials, customer identities, licensed standards or controlled engineering data. Protected file exchange is arranged with the MST team through a private channel after scope and NDA review.
Delivery and security telemetry
This website is delivered and protected through Cloudflare. Even when you decline optional analytics, Cloudflare may process request metadata and limited browser performance or security telemetry, such as network address, user-agent, timing and error information, to deliver, protect and monitor the service. MST does not place Ask MST question text or work email in application analytics or console logs. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Optional analytics
MST-controlled Google Analytics loads only after consent. You may decline it without losing access to the website or Ask MST. The choice does not disable the delivery and security processing described above.
