Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, work email, company, role, inquiry category and non-confidential message you provide. We also retain limited source attribution, a one-way hash used for abuse limiting and a truncated user-agent string.
Purpose and retention
We use inquiry data to evaluate and respond to customer, partner and investor requests, protect the service from abuse and maintain a review record. We do not sell inquiry data. Retention is limited to legitimate business and legal needs.
MST Product Guide
The floating Product Guide uses deterministic, approved public answer templates in your browser. It does not call an external language model, upload files or persist the question as a chat transcript. If optional analytics is accepted, only approved topic, answer, refusal and navigation event identifiers may be measured; the raw question is not sent to analytics.
Engineering data
Do not submit confidential P&IDs, CAD, BOMs, PDKs, GDS files, credentials or trade secrets through this website. Protected technical exchange begins only after identity, NDA and project-boundary review.
Delivery and security telemetry
This website is delivered and protected through Cloudflare. Even when you decline optional analytics, Cloudflare may process request metadata and limited browser performance or security telemetry, such as network address, user-agent, timing and error information, to deliver, protect and monitor the service. MST does not use this infrastructure telemetry to store Product Guide questions or engineering files. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Optional analytics
MST-controlled Google Analytics loads only after consent. You may decline it without losing access to the website or Product Guide. The choice does not disable the delivery and security processing described above.
